We at Mikro+Polo are very proud of all certifications that are of key importance for the company and its future development. Both certifications of quality, for example, lead our way to be regarded as a sterner competitor in today's dynamic market, while the certification of a family friendly company highlights the values and opportunities respectively that our employees are entitled to when it comes to balancing their professional and personal life.
FAMILY FRIENDLY COMPANY
Our company received the certificate âDružini prijazno podjetjeâ (Family Friendly Company) in 2007. To obtain it, it was necessary to invoke at least three distinct measures to enable our employees to balance their professional and their personal life more easily. Since we would like for these measures to be steadfastly incorporated in practice as well, we at Mikro+Polo decided to adopt an additional 18 fulfillment criteria. The most important are: the children quality time bonus (an additional paid vacation day at the first day of school or for the first day of kindergarten), flexible daily breaks (lunch times are not sternly set), the family-company day (when the whole family can accompany the employees(s) to work) and the bring the kids possibility (where employees can bring their children to work).

We walked a long way, we have developed and we have studied and learned, we equipped new premises, and thus in the year of 2006 received the official recognition for our work when our laboratory was granted the official accreditation certificate. We received a positive review from the official Slovene Accreditation Board (Slovenska akreditacija â SA), according to the standard SIST EN ISO 17025:2005, and received the official accreditation certificate LK-023.
