Denar na delovnem mestu predstavlja t.i. higienik in naloga delodajalcev je, da zaposlenim zagotovijo ustrezno pla\u010do. V dolo\u010denih situacijah, kot je npr. nenadna odpoved naro\u010dil, te\u017eave na trgu, nepredvideni dogodki in pojavi, pa se lahko zgodi, da so tudi pla\u010de (vezane predvsem na gibljiv del) class=\"styled-subtitle\">Ne glede na situacije, v kateri se znajde organizacija, pa lahko nadrejeni poskrbijo za nagrajevanje tistih, ki so pri delu in pri sodelovanju z drugimi nad povpre\u010djem, saj se lahko poslu\u017eijo nefinan\u010dnega nagrajevanja, ki je za delodajalca bolj ugodno, za zaposlenega pa bolj motivirajo\u010de.<\/p>\n<p class=\"styled-subtitle\">Zmotno je prepri\u010danje, da \u010de ni denarja, ni mo\u017enosti za doseganje dobrih poslovnih rezultatov. \u010ce si predstavljamo; v mnogih podjetjih, ki svojim zaposlenim omogo\u010dajo vi\u0161je pla\u010de, zaposleni pri delu \u0161e vedno niso zavzeti. Nefinan\u010dno nagrajevanje je po navadi tisto, ki v posamezniku vzbudi notranjo motivacijo in tako vpliva na ve\u010djo motiviranost, zadovoljstvo in u\u010dinkovitost zaposlenih.<\/p>\n<p class=\"styled-subtitle\">Vsak posameznik ima v svojih mo\u017eganih svoj sistem nagrajevanja, s katerim ocenjuje razli\u010dne spodbude, ki pridejo iz zunanjega sveta. Samo dovolj mo\u010dna in pomembna spodbuda bo pri posamezniku izzvala akcijo. Nujno je torej, da natan\u010dno dolo\u010dimo, kak\u0161ni so kriteriji nagrajevanja, da je ocenjevanje kar se da pravi\u010dno in da posamezniki razumejo, zakaj je nekdo dobil nagrado in zakaj ne.<\/p>\n<p class=\"styled-subtitle\">Nefinan\u010dno nagrajevanje spodbujamo tudi med sodelavci. Sami vemo, da delamo raje in z ve\u010djim zagonom, ko nas drugi pohvalijo, enako velja tudi za na\u0161e sodelavce. Zato ne skoparimo s pohvalo, ko smo v vlogi vodje, ali ko smo v vlogi zaposlenega in pri svojem sodelavcu prepoznamo njegov trud. Takrat ga pohvalimo, hitreje in la\u017eje nam bo tudi on pomagal, ko ga bomo kdaj prosili za pomo\u010d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"styled-subtitle\">Spodbujajmo zaposlene, da lahko za prejemnike dolo\u010dene nagrade predlagajo svoje sodelavce. S tem med zaposlenimi spodbujamo, da pri svojih sodelavcih prepoznavajo dobre lastnosti in tako krepimo medsebojno povezanost.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-be26ae5 flex-horizontal-align-default flex-horizontal-align-tablet-default flex-horizontal-align-mobile-default flex-vertical-align-default flex-vertical-align-tablet-default flex-vertical-align-mobile-default elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"be26ae5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"styled-subtitle\"><strong>Koga lahko nagrajujemo z metodo nedenarnega nagrajevanja?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"styled-subtitle\">Pomembno je, da se nagrade prilagodijo specifi\u010dnim \u017eeljam in zmo\u017enostim posameznega podjetja. Podanih je nekaj predlogov, ki vam lahko pridejo prav: izbiramo lahko naj vodjo, naj zaposlenega po izboru strank, najbolj sodelovalen tim, naj zaposlenega leta, naj mentorja\u2009\u2026 To \u017ee kar nekaj let pridno izvajamo z izborom naj mikropolovec\/mikropolovka. Mogo\u010de, glede na predloge letos \u0161e kak\u0161no plaketo dodamo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"styled-subtitle\">Izrednega pomena je, da zaposleni, ki mu nagrada pripada, to nagrado dejansko dobi. Npr. \u010de naj vodja meseca prejme vrednostni ali darilni bon za prireditev ali sprostitev, mu moramo omogo\u010diti, da lahko to tudi dejansko izkoristi.
