Tako smo u Mikrofonu, na\u0161em internom biltenu, naveli \u010dak 37 \u010dlanaka u pet brojeva u kojima se na ovaj ili onaj na\u010din doti\u010demo razli\u010ditosti.<\/p><p class=\"styled-subtitle\">Mo\u017eda smo upravo iz tog razloga \u00bbprevideli\u00ab neke od planiranih datuma koje smo stavili u plan, a odnose se na razne deklarisane dane koji obilje\u017eavaju neku vrstu razli\u010ditosti. Sve\u010dane proslave jednostavno nam nisu toliko bliske kao razne druge aktivnosti u kojima se zaista \u00bbnalazimo\u00ab.<\/p><p class=\"styled-subtitle\">Ipak, u narednoj godini \u0107emo se potruditi da svojom komunikacijom pove\u017eemo razli\u010dite va\u017ene datume.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3dd03a3 flex-horizontal-align-default flex-horizontal-align-tablet-default flex-horizontal-align-mobile-default flex-vertical-align-default flex-vertical-align-tablet-default su druga\u010diji i da, bez obzira na to \u0161to su mo\u017eda u manjini, imaju pravo na pun \u017eivot, mo\u017eemo ih brzo zaboraviti i previdjeti njima.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f5cec1 flex-horizontal-align-default flex-horizontal-align-tablet-default flex-horizontal-align-mobile-default flex-vertical-align-default flex-vertical-align-tablet-default flex-vertical-align-mobile-default elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6f5cec1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"styled-subtitle\"><strong>\u0160ta smo postigli u 2021?<\/strong><\/p><ul><li class=\"styled-subtitle\">Imamo 46,67 % \u017eena u menad\u017eerskom timu (7 od 15), osim toga, menad\u017eeri su veoma razli\u010diti po godinama, iskustvu i razmi\u0161ljanju, \u0161to smatramo velikom predno\u0161\u0107u;<\/li><li class=\"styled-subtitle\">realizovali smo 2 projekta za unapre\u0111enje zdravlja i dobrobiti zaposlenih: LET i Jaki i zdravi (KIZ), oba fokusirana na starije zaposlene: podigli smo svijest zaposlenih, uveli dodatne sportsko-rekreativne aktivnosti (fitnes, Let&#8217;s Kampanja Pove\u017ei se kroz sport, dva sportska dana, kutak za trening u kompaniji, u planu je pro\u0161irenje na vi\u0161e kutaka za aktivni odmor i opu\u0161tanje;<\/li><li class=\"styled-subtitle\">pru\u017eamo opse\u017enu obuku svim zaposlenima, bez obzira na godine, obrazovanje ili poziciju; nudimo i besplatne online obuke, kojih je bilo mnogo u posljednje dvije godine;<\/li><li class=\"styled-subtitle\">vodimo ra\u010duna o inkluzivnom jeziku u internoj i eksternoj komunikaciji; takvu komunikaciju smo pa\u017eljivo nadogra\u0111ivali u procesu sticanja novih zaposlenih; pokazati na\u0161u kulturu prihvatanja razli\u010ditosti prihva\u0107enim kandidatima;<\/li><li class=\"styled-subtitle\">informi\u0161emo zaposlene o mogu\u0107nostima podr\u0161ke razli\u010ditim dru\u0161tveno odgovornim inicijativama i organizacijama;<\/li><li class=\"styled-subtitle\">uveli smo mogu\u0107nost skra\u0107enog radnog vremena (80%) za sve zaposlene 55+;<\/li><li class=\"styled-subtitle\">sistematski prenos znanja sa starijih na mla\u0111e odvija se uglavnom kroz mentorstvo novozaposlenih, ali i internom obukom;<\/li><li class=\"styled-subtitle\">ako zaposleni \u017eele, mogu produ\u017eiti radni odnos i nakon ispunjenja uslova za odlazak u penziju;<\/li><li class=\"styled-subtitle\">tokom javnih nastupa isti\u010demo po\u0161tovanje razli\u010ditosti kao na\u0161u konkurentsku prednost;<\/li><li class=\"styled-subtitle\">proslavili smo maj, evropski mjesec razli\u010ditosti, i jo\u0161 jednom podr\u017eali Paradu ponosa isticanjem zastave duge; obilje\u017eili smo i Svjetski dan ljudskih prava, 10. decembar, a 20. decembra, Svjetski dan ljudske solidarnosti, pozvali smo na\u0161e FB pratioce da podr\u017ee udru\u017eenje UP-ornik.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e067016 flex-horizontal-align-default flex-horizontal-align-tablet-default flex-horizontal-align-mobile-default flex-vertical-align-default flex-vertical-align-tablet-default flex-vertical-align-mobile-default elementor-widget class=\"styled-subtitle\">Stalno informisanje i informisanje zaposlenih putem internog lista Mikrofon i kanala Mikro \u010dvek u MS Teams-u, kao i preko portala Mikro+Polo (intranet);<\/li><li class=\"styled-subtitle\">nastavak razvoja zdravog na\u010dina \u017eivota na poslu i kod ku\u0107e, koji smo zapo\u010deli u okviru projekata POLET i KIZ, sa akcentom na starije zaposlene;<\/li><li class=\"styled-subtitle\">dalje podizanje svijesti i senzibilizacija menad\u017eera o na\u010dinima po\u0161tovanja razli\u010ditosti u praksi \u2013 transfer od 2021. godine, jer smo tek krajem godine zapo\u010deli obuku o emocionalnoj inteligenciji;<\/li><li class=\"styled-subtitle\">preneli smo i RIR (redovne individualne intervjue) u 2022: obrati\u0107emo pa\u017enju na ciljeve i ambicije zaposlenih sa akcentom na starije osobe, na \u0161ta \u0107emo podse\u0107ati menad\u017eere tokom obuke za sprovo\u0111enje RIR-a; u tom kontekstu \u0107emo provjeriti i eventualne \u017eelje za promijenjenim radnim vremenom zaposlenih 55+ u skladu sa prihva\u0107enom mogu\u0107no\u0161\u0107u skra\u0107enog radnog vremena; obrati\u0107emo pa\u017enju i na one koji \u017eele da produ\u017ee radni odnos i nakon ispunjenja uslova za penziju;<\/li><li class=\"styled-subtitle\">nastavi\u0107emo da podsti\u010demo me\u0111uresornu saradnju i timski rad razli\u010ditih profila zaposlenih;<\/li><li class=\"styled-subtitle\">prilikom objavljivanja na dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama i web stranici uklju\u010dit \u0107emo objave o raznim svjetskim i evropskim praznicima koji slave razli\u010ditost;<\/li><li class=\"styled-subtitle\">jo\u0161 jednom \u0107emo podr\u017eati Paradu ponosa;<\/li><li class=\"styled-subtitle\">nastavi\u0107emo da organizujemo razne aktivnosti, zabave, izlete, team buildinge radi ja\u010danja komunikacije i interakcije izme\u0111u zaposlenih u razli\u010ditim odeljenjima;<\/li><li class=\"styled-subtitle\">uspostavi\u0107emo dodatne prostore za dru\u017eenje (pored ba\u0161te sa paletama tu su i kutovi za aktivan odmor i kutak za
