OUR HISTORY
FROM THE BEGINNING ...

From a little trade shop where we began with coil winding and transformer manufacturing, we grew into a respectable Slovene laboratory supply company. Great ideas of our founder, Mr. Vojko Podgornik, have always placed us in the leading position, which is why the competition followed and imitated us.

At first we were solving customers’ problems and searching products they needed for their work. We develop into a trustworthy partner who knows how to listen to the customer and offers quality service. We were bold pioneers in sales assortment, company organization and also in the way we represent ourselves on the market. We were the first to publish own catalogue (in Slovene language) of laboratory equipment, instruments and chemicals, and at that time the founders of engineering which designs, manufactures and installs laboratory furniture.

After more than thirty years we are still leading in providing a comprehensive customer tailored offered in our own online store in Slovene language.

Through the years engineering has extensively outgrown the borders of Slovenia and has been, under our own brand named Lab Interior, setting up laboratories all over the world.

The way of communication is different today. As a professional and competent partner, we help customers decide on products that best meet their needs while at the same time, they are of strategic importance to us and have a high added value.

Our mascot symbolizes the laboratory mouse, which represents the energy, love, and passion for the laboratory environment. It aims to promote chemistry as a fun science.

With the mascot, young people got something that will make it easier for them to make friends with chemistry, which is not too close to the school population and is often approached with resistance.

We inspire young chemists to let their imaginations run wild. Since 2016, we have been organizing a prize video competition for elementary school students who create magical and educational chemistry experiments.
